Randal Jean-Baptiste

Mr. Jean-Baptiste is a seasoned investment banking professional with more than 25 years of business experience focused on acquiring companies with $1 million - $5 million of EBITDA. Prior to his current pursuits, Randal spent more than 13 years at GE Capital Markets (“GE”) providing financial advice and raising capital for medium sized companies during which time he underwrote and arranged more than $40 billion in debt financings for companies in diverse industries such as agriculture, energy, food, retail, steel and general manufacturing.  Prior to GE, and business school, Mr. Jean-Baptiste worked as an independent consultant, spent time working alongside his father, in his family's school bus transportation business. He also worked at Bain & Company where he began his professional career.  He earned an A.B. from Harvard College and M.B.A. from the Wharton School
